Nastia Luken from the US tied that Chinese girl (who cant be 15, I mean c'mon, she looks 12), yet they gave the Chinese girl the gold. Whoever says this is fair is downright stupid, China has bribed these judges and even all the commentators have said that Nastia did better and doesnt deserve to be shafted when she tied.
I mean anyone understand what happened? Its stupid

there are many things in this world to get angry about.
womens gymnastics when you are completely uninvolved with all participants isn't one of them. |

Yeah, basically they said it's up to the computer as it came down to the thousandths of a point or some bullcrap. It seems like the majority of events I watch the Chinese always get the 'pass'. The only night the chinese girl fudgeed up pretty badly the horse or whatever the hell it's called, and she still beat out the American chick and kicked her out of medal contention.

I AM OUTRAGED BY A GIRL'S LOSS WHOSE NAME I CAN'T FUDGING SPELL.
Nastia Liukin is a choice piece of ass, though.
And no, there wasn't "bribery", that's just retarded. As Bella the Great explained, the problem is that the IOC's rules state no judge can hail from the same country as a gymnast they're judging. This leaves the Olympics with a bunch of inexperienced judges from countries who haven't sniffed a medal in decades. As far as how she lost, that was 100% legit, the tiebreaker rule was clearly stated prior to the games.
So, basically, pointless thread, learn to spell, after that go fudge yourself.

Not on TV during the Olympics, I mean in real life. All that training, competitions, etc. -- the sluts with no hobbies besides lying on their back take all the dudes while the poor, tight-bodied gymnast is left all alone.
It's an amazing opportunity.

It could be that Asians age pretty well. I mean, I've been stopped by cops who thought I was ditching school, and this was back when I was about to finish college...
With regards to the Olympics...do they broadcast everything in the States? Or just certain events. I haven't been able to see the stuff I want to watch. Or maybe I just miss the time slot...

i thought everyone was into gymnists, its just a matter of being able to find them. its not like theres a gymnastics school every street corner. last time i knew someone who was a gymnist was in like 4th grade, and though i didnt know what it was, i knew i wanted to bang her. |

Know a dude who works at one, then work your way into their lives through him. Soon they flock. It's fish in a barrel. You need to spend less time thinking dollars and cents and more time thinking manipulation and deflowering.

Well, wherever the olymipics are hosted, that country will always get an advantage. In this particular incident, they may have been favored. But I seen some events that seemed fair and Americans have beat out some Chinese players. Also, you never know, some asains generally have a young look to them, but its possible they cheated and the girl is under aged.
The olympics are really tough, all you hear from the commentators is how an athlete wasnt perfect etc. I was watching Diving and thats all commentators did, they just scolded people over the tiniest imperfections in their performance.
But back on topic, I dont know about this particular incident, but the hell with it I guess, its just games.

This is what we call "judging." It's part of being in a "competition."

not as big a deal as the womens uneven bars, because they declare the winner in vault if there is a tie by whomever has the highest score for 1 vault. they do 2 vaults, so it is easier to decide a winner than 1 run on the uneven bars. |

On that thought, I only know one gymnast, but it's a guy... I should go "visit" him at the gym, male and female do practice together?

I live in fudging Iowa and I've known at least three Anastasia's, and they've always gone by either Nastia or Stasia (pronounced stay-shuh).
It's not a gymnastics thing, common sense thing. DICK
